The web-based Big Data analytics tool is designed for girls in high schools across the Eastern Cape province with the ultimate goal of connecting the capabilities of Big Data in order to predict the likelihood of dropout encountered as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic

Both primary and secondary data was collected. Data was collected through qualitative and quantitative methods. The study collected data on female learners from schools across the OR Tambo district in 2022.
The study acquired at least 641 females that represented the population.
